Alixcare is a registered company providing permanent and temporary flexible staff. Our aim is to provide a good quality reliable service that delivers every time.

We ensure that we provide staff of the highest quality and are committed to training, mentorship and supervision for all our staff.

All Alixcare personnel go through a rigorous recruitment process which includes:

  • All workers must have a minimum of 6 months relevant experience and are interviewed by qualified healthcare or experienced recruitment consultants.
  • Alixcare ensures workers are only placed in environments they feel competent and are experienced to work in.
  • A full employment history is taken, the last 5 years of which must be checked and verified.
  • Two written references are required, one of which must be from present or most recent employer.
  • Professional qualifications checked and original certificates seen – membership of relevant professional body if qualified is required.
  • Enhanced CRB and POVA/POCAL List 99 checks are requested on all staff
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is checked with relevant authorities.
  • Health declaration is checked.

All Alixcare personnel are required to undergo an induction on registration ensuring that only workers up to date in the mandatory requirements are placed.
